FoxOG was originally going to be a XGDB50 soundfont with effects on the instruments, but eventually I hit the limit on how those were going to sound.
So I started experimenting with combining GM sounds, and it lead to this. Virtualmidisynth is recommended, anything using bassmidi is.
Fluidsynth doesn't like the smaller samples. (this means some sounds are bugged in FL, and this applies to both soundfonts)
Recommend you to set your sample rate to 16000hz, but it sounds perfectly fine on anything.
I am aware that the pianos are lacking, and i may change them later in a update if the sound they produce makes me unsatisfied enough.
Since this soundfont is 123 megabytes, i am unable to upload it here on polyphone.
Here is a google drive link to FoxOG:

The soundfont file that is here is another i've been messing with, it's supposed to be a much smaller "stylized" soundfont.
It has a placeholder name Fennec, it's mostly based around the super nintendo, genesis, amiga and older pc sounds with some instuments not following this rule.
I hope you enjoy.
