Articulation in a SoudFont (i.e. Staccato for Cellos), if possible using key switches.
I have separate wav-files of many instruments for legato, staccato, pizzicato etc.
How can i generate one SoundFont with diffent articulations and control them via key switches?

    It is indeed interesting
Unfortunately, for the same channel, the sf2 format doesn't allow the choice of a preset or another depending on a specific signal.
I may be a bit off topic but I'm playing organ with sf2 soundfonts and I'm using jOrgan. This is an intermediate layer that processes midi signal and allows you to design interfaces. It may be used for various purposes.
