I keep downloading soundfonts expecting one file but getting a folder containing 15 other folders containing 15 more folders each with one sf2 at the end with one instrument inside. For one I don't understand why so many are made this way. And it's also a pain when I already have so many sf2's as soundbanks on screen in openmpt. I know I can copy presets between them in Polyphone but I can't do that for hundreds of files. Since I can barely find any info on this I'm assuming there's something obvious I'm missing about soundfonts in general. Any recommendations?
i dont know anything about openMTP, but i would say this is an openMPT issue.
i cant imagine soundfonts opened in Polyphone as folder trees.
