When I try to download a soundfont inside Polyphone (a paid for Premium), I get an error "Couldn't download file ...: Error transferring https://www.polyphone-soundfonts.com/api…onts/download?id=... - server replied: Internal Server Error"

your link says; page does not exist
what soundfont were you looking for?

I got this error message on all sound fonts that I tried.  For example, I tried "Proteus2 Instruments.sf2".

Also, "Internal Server Error" does not look like a 404 error?

In the "Online repository" section of the "Settings" tab, it says "Connected" in green.

Yes, the link looks right.  I can download soundfonts in my browser, just not in Polyphone.

well, because of bad eyes i still use version 1.9. it works easyer and better, apart from a few little bugs.
for me all newer versions are shitty and have unnessesary gadgeds added (like mp3 !!).
But maybe they look good on a telephone.

I'm using version 2.2 on Linux.  Anyway, I guess I have to wait for someone with the patience to look at the C++ code to answer?
