How to use fix note ?

    Hello .
    How can i use fixed note in polyphone ? 
    For example i want to use one sample with root key 40 for all key but without unchanging frequency, i want with press each of keys hear that sample with note 40 . 
    Please help

    Solved.
    I found that solve with scale tuning if it 0 edjusted .
