Disable mousewheel actions on modulator dropdown

    Hi Davy,
    I often mess them up accidently. What do you think of foolproofing modulator dropdown combobox? maybe disable mousewheel actions?

    Please disable scrollwheel.
    I find it far preferable to at least have to click on a dropbox before scrolling works.
