use shift+scroll wheel for horizontal scrolling

  Most software follows the convention where SHIFT + mouse scroll wheel scrolls the view horizontally. I would like to request support for this shortcut in the table view. It will make navigating large instruments much easier without having to grab the scrollbar all the time.
