Option to sort presets by preset number, then bank number

  The preset list is currently fixed in the order sorted first by bank number, then preset number (so you get 0:0, 0:1, ... 0:127, 1:0, 1:1, ... 1:127, etc.)
  
  It would be really useful if there was an option to change the sort order to instead sort by preset number first, then bank number (which would give 0:0, 1:0, ... 127:0, 0:1, 1:1, 127:1, etc.)
