I notice there is no support for the sfz #include directive. I find that a bit pesky as I use it frequently when typing up sfzs by hand. I can't imagine it would all that tough to implement. If someone would care to point me in the right direction, I'm fairly confident I could do it myself, but I'm not at all familiar with the polyphone codebase. Thanks
