  All The Soundfonts I Have Been makings Sound Like They Have Been Made To Sound Really Loud And Deep, It Shows The Preset With A Red Symbol But It Doesn't Tell What The Issue Is. They Sound Like A Really Grainy Bass Drum Is Playing Behind It. I Can't Find Anything On How To Fix It So I'm Just Really Confused.

  i guess your samples are overdriven.
  if you post one of the soundfonts that show the problem, maybe i can tell you.
  if the sf2's are to big, then just one or two samples.
