Loops not looping

  I'm having trouble with some soundfonts where I can see that the loop points are all set properly, but the looped regions do not loop. When I look at any of the SAMPLES and hit Play button the sample plays looped, as intended. But when I view INSTRUMENTS and PRESETS and play using the virtual keyboard, nothing loops. Likewise, nothing loops when I use the soundfont in other programs.
  
  Any idea what the cause might be? I have no envelopes set at all, and of course in the Instruments I've set all the samples' "loop playback" setting to loop indefinitely.

  Unfortunately, I've been able to reproduce this problem.
  
  This only seems to be a problem with Polyphone 2.0, not 1.9.
  
  It can occur with all parameters instead of just the looping.
  
  Because I have been able to reproduce the problem, this is a serious issue, because it seriously impacts the usefulness of the program.
  
  I really do not want to have to use Viena as I don't like the interface at all.
