Setup fixed velocity for SF2 or SFZ soundfont ?

  Is there a way to configure a SF2 or SFZ soundfonts to have a constant volume whatever the received velocity level please ?

  That's simple.
  
  Set the variable 'Fixed velocity' on the instrument concerned to '127' for 'Global'.

  I am using version 1.8.
  I cannot see the "fixes velocity" within the instrument parameters.
  I might go for a newer version, then.

  Version 1.8 is old.
  
  If you cannot see the 'Fixed velocity' option, update to 1.9 or 2.0.
