Downloading Mac version won't work.

Hi, I am Phil. I am currently using Mac OS X High Sierra and for some reason, the Mac version of Polyphone won't install and I can't open it. I don't understand the situation or why is it happening. More likely a bug? Fix this stupid nonsense! Here is a screenshot of my problem. It looks like everyone else is getting it as well but they all haven't gotten a response from the support team yet. I am just hoping that my issue reported will be more relevant than the others despite how fairly commonly known the problem is.

I think I answered your email. I'm sorry if the compatibility with Mac is not perfect. I'm not a Mac user so I do what I can
Polyphone 2.0 will be built for Mac Sierra but first I prefer to wait a couple of days since the beta is just released. This is time for early bugs to be fixed.
