beta: enter/delete data in table loses selection

  When editing an instrument or preset using the table view in Polyphone 1.9, you can enter a value on the table and then move the blue selection cursor in any direction across the table to continue entering numbers. The same principle works when clearing values with the delete key.
  
  In the 2.0 beta, after entering or deleting a value, the blue selection cursor disappears, and pressing a cursor key moves the tree view selection instead.
