High pitch sound when I try to make a soundfont

When ever I open up polyphone and try to create a soundfont, I am greeted by a high pitch sound that keeps coming back whenever I open polyphone. Is there anyway I can fix this error?

This is more to do with your computer system than polyphone.
Have you got a microphone on your system, if so, be sure it is turned off.
